FOR SELLERS:
How do we evaluate your property without personally seeing it?
We kindly ask you to send us pictures / videos of your home and, if possible, take us on a live video tour (FaceTime, whatsapp, zoom - whatever is most convenient for you) through your home.
What about pictures of my home?
Especially in this sensitive time when buyers are looking for properties online it's mandatory to provide them professional pictures as well as 360 degree videos. Our video professional will visit your home (of course wearing gloves and mask) and will shoot pictures and videos in one session. We kindly ask you to leave your home in the meantime.
What about showings?
If your property is vacant we will accompany any buyer who is interested in touring your home, providing gloves and a mask. If you still live in your home we will schedule video tours either with me ONLY or, if you feel more comfortable doing it by yourself, ask you to video tour the prospective buyer through your home. In case a serious and pre qualified buyer wishes to see your home in person to present an offer we will find a solution in everybody's best interest and safety.
What about open houses?
There will be absolutely no personal open houses during this sensitive time and probably for the rest of the year. We offer virtual open houses either based on the previously done 360 degree videos or a live video tour done by myself (in accordance with the seller).
FOR BUYERS:
When you are searching for a property from the comfort and safety of your home I will make sure you receive all information you need, such as
accurate and detailed listing information
accurate and detailed neighborhood information
high quality photos (in case those are not provided by the listing agent I will personally take you on a video tour through the property)
video chats, video walk throughs and virtual tours
